I purchased four outdoor shade panels with remote controls, and everything went really well. The young installers did a great job. I had some concerns about certain issues, but they addressed them and made it right. Overall, I'm pleased and happy to have my new outdoor shades working. I toured the showroom looking at of the options for my cousin's home.  What I like the most is that they make everything on-premise. All of the hardware is SOLID, none of that flimsy big-box store junk.  This is great American crafstmanship.  I couldn't beleive it, but they also make custom patio furniture with sturdy metal and good welding. Built to LAST! Adn the shape, size, and overings are customizable. The Lattice Wall exceeded my expectations.  It's so beautiful, rich looking, and completes the  patio with a finished look. Liberty was the only company out of 4 that provided a solution to my roof line as it did not have a straight edge to attach a roller shade.  There was a hick-up during installation and between the installer (Kolby & associate) and Sean, my rep, they were able to problem solve on site and resolve the issue.
