Homeowner’s Association

Liberty Awnings and Shades is happy to aid you in the submission process through your Homeowner’s Association. Liberty cannot fill out the actual HOA application/submittal forms provided by your HOA, as all Homeowner’s Associations require that the homeowner applies and sign off on all necessary application forms. However, the HOA Packet will certainly assist you in the application process when you turn it into your HOA along with the application.

The HOA Packet includes a letter from us to your HOA containing information regarding our company, the product, and installation. It also includes photos of the product (so the HOA may see what the product looks like), as well as a sample of the color you chose.
