Have a Window Awning you need to recover?

Here is why Liberty won’t recover existing awning frames:

The time and expense to recondition the frame, including:

• The removal and pick up to bring into our shop.
• Cleaning and filling the many existing screw holes from the attachment of the old fabric, and having to create new holes for the new fabric.
• Repainting and then recovering exceeds the cost to just replace the frame and, luckily, we can recycle the old frame, which helps us stay environmentally friendly.

As a company we have learned this the hard way as we used to do recovers! At first, they are great! However, as soon as that inevitable first rain comes, the water gets into the old screw holes, and then rust, dirt, and oil from the inside of the frame seeps out onto the beautiful new fabric.

The good news is that a brand new awning from Liberty will often cost less than a recover from any of our competitors because we are a local manufacturer.
